Proposed changes to Local Court Rules

In accordance with GR 7, King County District Court is making available for public review and comment, proposed changes to the following Local Court Rules:

• LARLJ 0.10, Elections
• LARLJ 0.11, Executive Committee Vacancies 
  • Proposed changes to both rules are shown in underline and strike-through

30-day comment period: October 21, 2024, through November 19, 2024

The deadline to submit comments on the above proposed changes to Local Court Rules is Tuesday, November 19, 2024, 5:00 p.m.

• All comments on proposed changes to Local Court Rules must be submitted in writing
• Submit your comments by the comment deadline to Patrick Wells, Court Operations Director, at patrick.wells@kingcounty.gov
