To fill in the application on a mobile device, you’ll need a free PDF reader that supports form fields. Any of these will work:

• Adobe Acrobat Reader (recommended)
• Foxit PDF Reader
• Xodo PDF Reader

You can find them in the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)

After downloading, use the ellipsis on the top right corner, Select "Open with" and select the PDF reader (i.e. Adobe Acrobat Reader).

Then you will be able to complete using your keyboard.
