Sign up to purchase and offer Passport-loaded ORCA cards to all of your residents. (Buildings must feature 5 to 150 residential units and each unit must be included in the program.)

Costs and incentives
- Passport program costs for your first year are based on existing transit use in your neighborhood.
- Rates are based on your building’s location and number of residents. Average rates total $15 to $30 monthly per resident.
- During the pilot phase of this program buildings/property managers can receive one or more of the following incentives:
- A subsidy based on the total number of units in participating buildings covered
- Administrative subsidy
- Bonus incentives for location, income and buildings under construction
For multifamily property developers
- Helps to provide flexibility when planning the number of parking spaces during the design and permitting process
- Reduces congestion around your building by encouraging transit use, lessening the impact on neighbors and improving the experience for residents
