Defense attorneys with comments, questions, concerns, or suggestions about any aspect of our early plea practice should contact the unit chair or the Assistant Chiefs of the Criminal Division. Defense counsel may call the PAO Front Desk at 206-477-1200 to ask which unit is handling a case. The discovery cover sheet sent to defense counsel will also indicate which unit is handling a case.
