Domestic Violence Unit - Early Plea Negotiators

We will negotiate by email.

Negotiations will continue throughout the pendency of a case. However, the case will be transferred to a trial Deputy Prosecuting Attorney (DPA) if significant additional investigation is necessary, redacted discovery is requested, or witness interviews are requested. Any Early Plea Unit offer expires when the case is transferred to a trial DPA.
