Family Support Division - Prosecuting Attorney's Office

Learn more about the Family Support Division and their work with children and families.

The Family Support Division of the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office promotes family self-sufficiency and the well-being of children.

We work to connect parties with the King County Superior Court to establish parentage and child support, modify and enforce existing child support obligations, and to connect parties with community resources. We strive to exercise our mission with equity and compassion and be focused and deliberate in our creation of policies, procedures, and practices that are anti-racist and non-discriminatory.
