Vashon trip request form

Trips must be scheduled at least two business days in advance through the Vashon Community Transportation Coordinator. The coordinator will contact you with approval and instructions. Trips must have at least two passengers in addition to the volunteer driver. If you don’t have a volunteer driver, the coordinator will help you recruit one.
