Request childhood vaccination clinics

Childhood immunization clinics for King County community-based organizations and schools.

Are you interested in offering childhood vaccines at an upcoming event?

Public Health may be able to connect you to a healthcare provider who can help! These clinics are for children ages 3-18.

Vaccines offered:

  • COVID-19 vaccines
  • All vaccines required for school. This includes DTaP/Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis), hepatitis B, MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), polio, and varicella (chickenpox) vaccine.
  • When possible, other childhood vaccines. This may include HPV, meningococcal, and flu vaccine.

Limited vaccine may be available for uninsured adults, while supplies last.

How to request a vaccine clinic

Use the Mobile Childhood Vaccination Clinic request form. Public Health will review your request.

A few important notes:

  • When possible, please try to submit requests at least one month before the clinic date, preferably earlier.
  • We do our best to fulfill requests whenever possible. However, availability may be limited.
