Updates, services and referrals
- We have a new website! Take a moment to look around.
- We are merging our Mobile Medical Van and Street Medicine Programs starting April 2, 2025.
- Our new model will have 3 medical teams that both provide street-based outreach and hold scheduled “anchor” clinics at drop-in centers, shelters, food banks, and other homeless service settings.
- Each team consists of a combination of some or all of:
- MD or ARNPs
- Registered Nurses
- Outreach Workers
- Medical Assistants
- Our program name is officially changing to the Street Medicine Program.
- Our monthly calendar for fixed sites will look different but we're still able to do a lot of the same things.
- Starting April 1, you'll see us around King County in smaller vehicles. Our large medical clinic RVs have been officially retired.
- In January 2025 we partnered up with REACH to start providing medical services out of their Belltown office at 2133 3rd Ave, Seattle 98121. We are in the process of hiring permanent staff for this team with the goal of providing care 4 days a week. Currently, we are aiming to provide services 2 – 3 days a week. Please contact us to confirm
- We no longer offer dental services. Here are some dental resources:

We are not able to host volunteers for many reasons including privacy and safety for our clients.
- There are volunteer opportunities that may interest you with our Public Health Reserve Corps and the annual Seattle/King County Clinic: If you have a medical certification/license you may be able to become a medical volunteer.
- The United Way of King County that has a searchable database of volunteer opportunities. The opportunities change so it is a good idea to check back from time to time.
- The Seattle/King County Coalition on Homelessness is a local advocacy organization that has some volunteer opportunities.
- The King County Regional Homeless Authority has ways to get involved.
- If you would like to learn more about healthcare and homelessness, this is a great resource: National Health Care for the Homeless Council
