Event description
Our partners at King County Solid Waste will accept self-haul, storm-related garbage and yard waste (free of charge) at 3 facilities on Saturdays and Sundays, December 20 through January 11:
- Bow Lake Recycling and Transfer Station: 18800 Orillia Rd S., Tukwila, WA 98188, 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m.
- Shoreline Recycling and Transfer Station: 2300 N 165th St., Shoreline, WA 98133, 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m.
- Enumclaw Recycling and Transfer Station: 1650 Battersby Ave E., Enumclaw, WA 98022, 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Note: Outside of these dates, facilities remain open during their normal hours, and disposal fees apply.
If you are able, please sort your materials before dropping off flood debris.
- Separate yard waste from garbage.
- Keep hazardous waste apart from other debris. Hazardous waste collection facilities in King County remain open for free, safe hazardous waste disposal.
