West Sammamish River Trail

About the Trail

The West Sammamish River Trail is a two-mile trail in Redmond that provides a quieter, soft-surface alternative to the popular Sammamish River Trail. Connections to other trails, including the Sammamish River Trail and PSE Trail, make it a great route for walking and running.

The WSRT is packed gravel its entire length and parallels a short section of one of King County’s most popular regional trails. Used mostly by pedestrians, runners, and the occasional fat-tired biker, the WSRT is a quieter trail that allows for a variety of casual walking loops. See this map for suggested loops.
