Beth Bardeen, Council District 4, Term expires 9/30/2026
Ms. Bardeen is committed to serving as a bridge between individuals, families, service providers, and policymakers, bringing a unique perspective to the board. She is passionate about ensuring that the voices and experiences of people with developmental disabilities are heard and considered in decisions that affect their lives. Devony Boyle, Council District 2, Term expires 9/30/2028
Ms. Boyle is a leadership coach specializing in ADHD who brings a strong background in Human Resources and a passion for advancing services and supports for people with developmental disabilities. Her unique combination of professional expertise and advocacy experience enables her to empower individuals, promote greater understanding and inclusion, and identify opportunities for meaningful systems improvement. Kristin Brown-Patrick, District 2, Term expires 9/30/2027
Ms. Brown-Patrick is an early childhood special educator whose professional expertise and lived experience shape her strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and family-centered support. She brings a unique perspective on the needs of young children with disabilities and their families, with a deep understanding of the importance of early intervention and accessible, inclusive services. Ms. Brown-Patrick is dedicated to advocating for meaningful opportunities and supports for children with disabilities and ensuring that parents’ voices, experiences, and perspectives are represented in decisions that affect their children, families, and communities. Contact: DevDis5@kingcounty.gov 

Joe Cunningham, Council District 1, Term expires 9/30/2026
Mr. Cunningham brings extensive professional and volunteer experience advocating for the needs and rights of people with disabilities. He has served on numerous boards and commissions focused on supporting children and families and improving access to resources and services. With his broad experience in advocacy, community leadership, and the developmental disabilities field, Mr. Cunningham brings valuable knowledge and perspective to the board. Laura Musso Escude, Council District 1, Term expires 9/30/2027
Ms. Escude is a dedicated advocate for her daughter, bringing both professional expertise and lived family experience to her service on the board. Through her own experience navigating developmental disabilities resources and services, she understands the importance of accessible, responsive, and family-centered supports. Ms. Escude is passionate about giving back to the Hispanic community through outreach, education, and advocacy, with a focus on increasing awareness, strengthening connections to resources, and advancing positive change for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Contact: DevDis4@kingcounty.gov

Crystal Goodwin, Council District 7, Term expires 9/30/2027
Ms. Goodwin brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and advocacy to the board, along with a strong commitment to serving individuals and families facing complex challenges. She has been a dedicated advocate for individuals experiencing mental illness and housing insecurity and has worked to ensure that students with special education needs have access to the resources, services, and supports necessary to achieve academic success. Brandon Graham, Council District 6, Term expires 9/30/2028

Molly McCoy, Council District 8, Term expires 9/30/2028
Ms. McCoy brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and dedication to her role, with many years of experience in healthcare and firsthand experience navigating the developmental disabilities system. Her professional expertise and understanding of the challenges individuals and families may face provide a valuable perspective to the board. Sabra Quraishi, Council District 7, Term expires 9/30/2027
Ms. Quraishi brings valuable lived experience as a person with a disability and a strong personal connection to the developmental disabilities community. As a self-advocate, she understands firsthand the challenges individuals with disabilities and their families may encounter when navigating systems, accessing services, and finding appropriate supports. CeCe Stovall, Council District 9, Term expires 9/30/2026
Ms. Stovall is committed to advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities and ensuring they have access to the resources, services, and opportunities they need to thrive. She understands the importance of promoting dignity, independence, inclusion, and meaningful participation in the community.
